We always ship same day or next working day at the latest. We use Royal Mail 2nd Class Large letter which takes 3-7 working days and unfortunately doesn't provide a tracking service so you won't receive a tracking number. For overseas buyers we use Royal Mail International Standard which takes 14-20 working days and doesn't provide a tracking service so you won't receive a tracking number. There are postal upgrades available that are faster and do provide a tracking service. If you are having any problems with your delivery, please get in touch we typically answer within a few hours.
